Zoye BLACC was born and raised in the DMV area. Zoye’s love for hip hop and desire to make a difference drove him to define and pursue music as a recording artist (2014). After years of development and preparation--Zoye BLACC officially dropped his first single with Internal Perspective Group (IPG) in 2017, “For The Family.”
