Kofi was born in London, England, but grew up in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Upon completing his undergraduate degree, Kofi received a Bachelors of Science in Sociology & Business Administration which led to his post graduate degree in Education at Frostburg State University. With 20 years of experience in education, he has worked with various governmental and educational nonprofits that awarded millions in scholarships for underserved communities throughout the United States. Kofi’s track record has proven effective through his unique approach to student recruitment, curriculum development, and career planning. He also facilitates case-management studies for institutions as well as provides tools for administrators to strengthen educational partnerships with their students and faculty.

Yawya is a Washington DC native that received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Evangel University and went on to pursue a Masters degree in Divinity from the King’s University. Upon completion of his Master’s Degree, He became the international project manager to Africa for the Foursquare Foundation. They funded projects globally and Yawya managed millions in grants that aimed to provide pathways towards mental health, cultural identity, education and micro business endeavors. In 2010, he transitioned into the music space and produced mainstream Hip Hop/R&B events globally. He managed Grammy winning artists, songwriters and facilitated talent to brand partnerships.
